Reporting to the HR Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment from job briefing to offer and offer management.
- Shortlisting, interviewing, and referencing checking potential suitable candidates.
- Successfully partnering with line managers to provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisting in both high volume and specific, targeted recruitment searches.
- Utilising systems such as LinkedIn recruiter and Seek talent to source the best possible candidate.
- General ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager and management team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Junior Recruitment Advisor to work with internal stakeholders to source the best available talent for their organisation. To be successful, you'll have previous 360 recruitment experience and be comfortable using recruitment tools Seek Talent, LinkedIn and an ATS platform. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a small team environment. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours in the CBD office.
