Description:
- Commercial lead for pricing execution, supporting the Senior Commercial manager in setting pricing strategy for the business, including competitor and consumer analysis
- Commercial lead for value strategy, providing commercial analysis, insights and advice to cross functional teams including sales, marketing, and new product development to
- Responsible for the preparation of promotional business cases, test market promotion results and national promotional reviews
- Business partner with the wider retail team including internal and external stakeholders of all management levels
- Cross functional team member dedicated to planning and execution of an effective omni channel marketing calendar, including monitoring performance and flagging any risks and opportunities
- Support the development of 'big data' reports from micro strategy, driving agenda with other departments
- Adhoc project work and commercial analysis as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA qualified
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience within retail/FMCG/QSR
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
