What you will be doing:

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager to build and develop a high performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational and empowering approach.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control and management.
• Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, to ensure service standards are followed.
• Delivering high-end service and running the operations during busy service periods.
• Assisting with rostering, team development & the overall co-ordination of the department.
• Handling guest concerns and reacting quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Delivering established service sequences whilst bringing your personalised flair and industry experience to each diner.
• Maintaining product knowledge of menus and beverage lists.
