Our client is a family-owned early learning service with a waitlist for families to get a spot that goes into 2025! The owners are hands-on, and the experienced leadership team is nurturing and empowering, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their team. This is why the staff turnover is very low and why the centre has exceeded 7/7 Assessments and Ratings for more than ten years!
From the moment you walk in, you will find the vibe to be a happy and calm atmosphere! It is obvious that staff genuinely love to come to work, and the children are settled and engaged in the environment. The natural, beautiful environments are exceptionally cared for, with meticulous thought going into every detail.
And as if the tranquil work environment was not already a huge benefit, all staff have access to an off-site staff retreat. The retreat is a multi-level building with a gym, kitchen, lounge area, and library. There is an entire level of learning resources and separate offices to use during planning time. It's a great place to unwind in, enjoy your lunch break, and it's just a few doors from the centre.
About The Role
We are looking for educators to join the Nursery and the toddler rooms on a full-time basis. These age groups are already above the required ratio, so these roles will provide additional support to the team and be a big relief if someone calls in sick or has a holiday!
