Customer Service Team Member - Devonport TASCompany : Hill Street Grocer
We are seeking a customer service or merchandising professional who is looking for a new way to use their flair and artistry to help us deliver a beautiful shopping environment for our Hill Street Home customers. You'll focus on excellent customer service, creating beautiful displays, and advising customers on homewares, hampers and gifts.
If you have experience working in a floristry shop, department store or similar and are available during the daytime we would love to hear from you!
You will need:
- A love of working with flowers, food and homewares
- A great eye for displays and merchandising, as well as gift wrapping skills
- Great communication skills, and a willingness to learn
- A positive mindset and friendly attitude, to provide attentive customer service Hill Street is known for
- Initiative, adaptability and a can-do attitude
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations (particularly regarding cleanliness, food handling and workplace health and safety)
- Ongoing daytime availability for at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. (Your standard roster will be agreed based on operational needs as well your schedule, with flexibility to suit your needs.)
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing
