Thrive Group Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a volunteer Board. We have been providing education and care for children from birth to 13 years for over 40 years. We offer families a wide range of care options throughout Tasmania including Family Day Care, Early Learning and Care and Outside School Hours Care.

Imagine working with us
Work on Tasmania's beautiful East Coast in this purpose-built 42-place Early Learning Service. Located just across from the Break O'Day Child and Family Learning Centre and the St Helens District School and just minutes walking distance from the town centre. St Helens Early Learning Service, affectionately known as Possums, is ideally placed for collaborative partnerships. Work with an Enthusiastic and experienced team to deliver play-based learning to the children in the local community and the surrounding smaller communities.
About you
Successful candidates will have:
- A Diploma in Education and Care or be working towards one.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- A current Working With Vulnerable People Registration
- A current First Aid Certificate OR can obtain one.
