Marketing Assistant | Entry Level

Our client, a market-leading global manufacturing organisation, is undergoing rapid growth, presenting an exciting opportunity to expand their marketing team.

As the Marketing Assistant , you will report directly to the Trade and Consumer Marketing Manager . You'll serve as the primary support for day-to-day operations and have the autonomy to lead your own projects while managing key stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various marketing channels across both B2B and B2C sectors and be ready to advance their career to the next level.

• Offer general assistance and support to the wider marketing team, which includes managing the shared mailbox and addressing ad hoc requests
• Oversee promotional campaigns from start to finish, which involves sourcing promotional materials and tracking and reporting on marketing activities
• Drive projects independently to align with the commercial strategy (and support your personal and professional growth)
• Organise industry events by managing logistics and providing on-the-day support
• Manage marketing and communication budgets.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, and merchandise working with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate effectively with external agencies for various marketing initiatives and website content updates to support outsourced activities
  
  

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce, specialising in Marketing
• 1 year of experience in Marketing (preferably in both B2B and B2C settings)
• Your organisational and time management abilities are excellent, allowing you to effectively prioritise competing workloads
• You have demonstrated logical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, often leveraging innovation
• You are adept with numbers and possess intermediate Excel skills
• You are an analytical thinker with a creative flare
