Your opportunity:
- The Project Manager (Workforce Planning) role will provide strategic leadership and development, expert workforce planning advice and delivery of change management strategies relating to and necessary for the successful implementation of the new Bundaberg Hospital project and other major capital infrastructure projects across the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS).
- This role is responsible for the delivery of strategic workforce plans (medium to long terms) as well as in depth workforce analysis.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for 3 years with the possibility of extension.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). For further information regarding TB please visit Queensland Health website: Tuberculosis

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $176,878 p.a., comprising salary between $146,510 - $155,025 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment for 3 years with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
