Description:

UGL Fuels & Energy are seeking applications from experienced Tube Fitters for upcoming casual and permanent opportunities on an LNG site. Based on Curtis Island, Gladstone Central Qld, you will join and established Projects team working on a live gas plant. Our contract with our client is secure having successfully negotiated our next term and extensions.

These positions are residential roles only and local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

About you

  • Previous LNG experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Tube Fitter
  • Current Swagelok certification
  • Ability to interpret P&ID drawings
  • Confined Space current within 2 years
  • Work at Heights current within 2 years

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Trade Certificate - preferred
  • Plumbing experience - preferred
  • High Risk Work Licence preferred - WP, LF
  • Previous LNG experience
  • Drivers Licence
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great time management skills
  • The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
