About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- You will identify and address emerging high-level strategic human resource management policy issues, supporting departmental strategic objectives and priorities.
- Support and advise delegates in relation to performance management, individual employee grievances and conflict resolution strategies.
Based in Cairns, you will provide expert advice to the regional management team regarding the delivery of strategic human resource management services through HR Business Partnering.
You will work with a team of HR practitioners, providing leadership and direction in relation to contemporary business partnering practices.
Highly desirable skills and experience;
- Previous experience in a strategic business partnering or consultancy role.
- A confident communicator.
- Leadership skills and experience.
- Be open to change.
- A current driver's licence
