As an ECT at Only About Children Ferny Hills, you will work as part of a team with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals receiving mentoring whilst sharing your strengths and ideas.
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development, independence and instill a sense of agency.
- You will contribute to the program and document children's learning using Storypark as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will create a holistic and emergent Preschool curriculum with a focus on School readiness. This campus has established links with local primary schools and a strong presence in the community.
