The Role
They are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the Project Management team with the following skills and experience.
  • Bachelor of Construction or Engineering
  • Worked on Commercial, Industrial or Residential
  • Contractor management
  • Able to manage negotiations
  • Managed variations and claims
  • Procurement
  • Creation of contracts and contract close out
  • Invoicing
  • Project Administration
  • Strong computer skills
  • Above average communications skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated and driven along with strong presentation skills
