We are on the lookout for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Prestons, NSW.

What we’re looking for:
Due to ongoing business growth, we have an entry level opportunity for a confident Storeperson to join our team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic and engaging team player looking to progress their career within an Australian owned and operated national business.
The role:
In this role, you will be on the go for most of the day, involved in the day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including (but not limited to):

• Daily cycle counting and inventory management, ensuring all goods are receipted in the system and stored correctly.
• Managing warranty and quality enquiries, including resolution with customers.
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
• Unloading and loading courier deliveries, often with the use of a forklift.
• Ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and promptly.
• Guaranteeing the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
• Some order processing and invoicing.
• Ad-hoc duties around the branch as required.
• HOURS: 8:30-5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) / 8:30-4:30pm (Fri)

What you’ll need to succeed:
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so your ability to use common sense and work well in a team must be second to none.
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a forklift and class c vehicle licence, as there will be times you will need to jump in and cover with ad-hoc deliveries too.
• Be an enthusiastic team player, looking for a professional and supportive team to develop your career in.
• Have a good track record in working in a similar role, know your way around warehousing/stores.
• Be a team player, trustworthy and keen to progress in your career.
• Fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly.
• Exceptional customer service skills, you can talk to a variety of people with ease.
• Confident in your computer skills and your ability to receive goods correctly.
• High attention to detail, you notice mistakes and errors quickly.
• Have unrestricted Australian working rights as sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
