Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand blueprints and engineering schematics thoroughly.
• Employ stick, TIG, and MIG welding techniques for fabrication purposes.
• Operate welding machinery safely and responsibly.
• Assemble components using a variety of materials.
• Perform thorough quality inspections.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address fabrication challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Trade certification in welding or fabrication preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in welding or fabrication
• Familiarity with large machinery and equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing designs
• Strong MIG welding skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting large objects
