About the Role:

As a Workforce Adviser, you will work closely with a caseload of jobseekers to address the specific barriers they each face when looking for employment and help them pursue employment opportunities within your local community. You will be responsible for actively developing and maintaining relationships with local jobseekers, employers, businesses, services and resources.
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday - Friday) based at our Dubbo office. At times, the position may require day travel to provide operational support to surrounding areas, where access to a company vehicle will be provided.

  • Previous administration experience, including transferrable skills to make accurate file notes, input data and keep records up to date using Microsoft programs and custom databases.
