We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Data focus to join our team and support us in delivering projects that align with our focus areas of Data Advisory, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Science and Analytics, Data Migration and Data Integration
Living our values of Be Innovative, Be Curious, Be Humble and Be Yourself, we are excited to add another Senior Data Business Analyst to our Novon community who will be working on a key project specifically designing, implementing, and actively working in a DevOps culture. This role's core focus will be a core focus on modernising and uplifting our customer's organisation to support future growth strategies through automation.
Our team are searching for a very experienced Senior BA who has worked with Product Owners to produce feature definitions and roadmaps, then lead epic and story elaboration.
This role will involve you working with business process BA’s and will involve you in taking end-to-end ownership within a modern DevOps culture. As a Novonian you are expected to manage deadlines, articulate technical problems and ideas, and help to build better processes and practices. You will:

• Work with business, technical and project stakeholders to map, analyse and document business processes and requirements
• Facilitate the creation of new future states, and streamlined processes using the new technology capabilities
• Ensure compliance with work product and control standards and policies
• Incorporate multiple perspectives, including user experience, risk management, organisation change and ongoing operations
• Comfortable working with ambiguous and complex problems as well plus comfortable with SQL.
• Ideally leveraging your experience in regulatory reporting and big data
• Ideally, you will have a variety of experiences including Dataiku and Python
• Facilitate effective team ceremonies and workshops.
• Teach, coach and support Product Owners, Delivery Team members and the wider community towards becoming better Agile practitioners.
