The People and Culture Coordinator Business as usual provides coordination on all people and culture matters, to ensure we provide a great team experience to all team members in our care.
This will be achieved through a focus on:
- (1) Managing all change of contracts, ensuring a timely and accurate process, so that team members contracts are always up to date and reflective of their roles
- (2) To be accountable for managing the immigration sponsor process, being an internal expert to all P&C members and supporting all existing team members with their immigration requirements and our sponsorship of them
- (3) To be the coordinator for all Guardian GWay activities, ensuring that our information is relevant, updated and presented in the most compelling fashion. Regular reviews on the quality of the info available, are required, including identifying additional policies and tools that may be required.
- (4) To conduct regular reporting on all regular P&C & recruitment initiatives, providing insights to help us drive improvement; key areas include recruitment activities, onboarding and exit surveys, G way usage
- (5) Assisting with the administration of regular P&C initiatives to ensure efficient & impactful; for example, Aspire to Grow, Aspiring Centre leaders, support in the overflow of acquisition contracts etc
- (6) Maintaining team member files and tracking systems
- (7) Providing advice on our policies and procedures.
Leadership
- Act as credible activist to the P&C team and the wider business, ensuring all P&C processes are executed t the highest possible standard.
- To proactively reflect on the work of the team, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency, making recommendations.
Delivery
- Creating timelines for the delivery of all routing and repeat info, so we can have a calendar for reporting, insights and routine tasks.
- To ensure that we achieve strong SLA’s, with 24-hour turnaround for all queries and changes of contracts.
- Form an effective partnership with all members of the P&C team, Centre teams and Portfolio Managers.
- Regularly reflect on how we can improve our processes and tools, so we continually evolve and improve our ways of working.
- Continually look to improve the team experience of all of our team members, so we can be seen as an employer of choice.
- To oversee the change of contract process, ensuring all new contracts are received within 24 hours.
- To provide insights into all key P&C activities, recommending improvements and changes to current ways of working to better the experience we provide
- To ensure all internal applicants for sponsorship receive the best care and experience.
- To support all frequent minor queries, looking at ways to improve internal knowledge and skill to reduce these queries.
- To review all toolkits & processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and support our quest for creating a great team member experience.
$70K + excluding super depending on experience.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, MINDSETS AND BEHAVIOURS
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years' experience in HR or people operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and administration abilities
- Passion for positive work cultures and employee well-being
- Knowledge of HR Policies, employment law and compliance requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a WWCC/Blue card.
