Who you are:
- Have held a supervisory or leadership role within a Quick Service Restaurant, or a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- You have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
- You have good oral-written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
- You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
- Nurture, mentor, and develop our new generation of leaders! We believe great leaders create new leaders!
- Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition and help us embed a fun and inclusive environment (spontaneous dancing is encouraged!)
- Have your voice heard by contributing ideas & suggestions to continually improve and refine our restaurant operations
