Description:
Osawa Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and enthusiatics Asian customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing assistance(existing and alreay lost) and resolving inquiries with sales represantatives in a timely and professional manner. we are mainly seeking CHINESE and KOREAN speaking candidates who can cover our 80% of customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to our customer inquiries via phone, emails and SMS
Assist customers with customized product lists, orders, returns and up/cross sales
Resolve customer compalints and escalate issues as needed
Pdrocess orders and maintain accurate customer records
Colalborate with other sections to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Collage diploma or equivalent
Proven customer service experience over 1 year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in Microsft office and customer service software
