About the business and the role
Our business is a bakery café selling to the public, with a small proportion of wholesale to other businesses in the area.
Our team of bakers and pastrycooks work a night shift roster starting time is usually 11pm. We are not usually open on Sundays, so a fulltime roster would be either Sunday night to Thursday night, or Monday night to Friday night.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties will include baking bread, cakes or pies and reporting to our production manager. Some ordering duties may be required, and everyone pitches in to help clean up at end of shift.
Skills and experience
- Extensive baking experience is required.
- This is very much a hands-on bakery NOT a factory, so you will have no trouble keeping fit on the job.
