We are looking for an AWESOME MARKETING MANAGER at Kingsmen Hair who is a creative, strategic thinker when it comes to marketing our brand.
About Us.
Kingsmen Hair currently has 43 stores across NSW, VIC & SA with a lot more to come. Amongst the 43 stores we have, 4 of them are our new concept stores 'Kingsmen' 'Barber + Apparel' (Selling premium apparel/sneakers & accessories alongside our barbershop). You will find at Kingsmen Hair there is a lot to play with and we are looking for someone who can help us level up in the barber industry and digital world.
We want someone who isn’t afraid to experiment, can pitch new ideas and can proactively take Kingsmen Hair brand to the next level.
What will you be responsible for?
- Creating content e.g. Reels/Posts/Stories/Blogs for digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
- Managing the social media schedule and roll out of content
- Growing followers and increasing engagement on our social media channels
- EDM
- Creating graphics for posters/digital signage etc.
- Creating campaigns
- Finding partnership opportunities
- Communicating with shopping centres
- Co-ordinating grand openings and special events
- Maintaining a consistent tone of voice with our brand guidelines in mind
- Keep up with SEO trends & Google/Social algorithm changes
- Website updates (via shopify)
Skills & Experience Required
- Prior experience in a social media/marketing management
- Graphic Design (Using Illustrator & InDesign)
- Photographer/Videographer experience (Bonus)
- A passion for marketing and a creative mind is essential!
- Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail
- A self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
