The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:
Role: MR/HR Pickup & Delivery Driver
Location: Wagga Wagga NSW 2650
Expected Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 5:00AM - 1.30PM (plus daily OT)
The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
- Perform 40+ deliveries (general freight) daily, all of which will be hand unloaded and sorted
- 1-3 scheduled pickups per day
- Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of your assigned LR vehicle
- Maintain all freight, parcels and documentation.
About you:
- Minimum full MR licence
- Multi drop experience in the transport industry (minimum 1 year)
- Forklift license an advantage (not essential)
- No more than 8 demerit points accumulated on licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D & A test
- Be prepared to provide a current licence history report for the previous five years
- Able to provide at least two employment references
- Full permanent working rights in Australia.
- Forklift license an advantage but not essential
