Senior Recruitment Consultant - Property & Real Estate

Due to growth in our Melbourne office, you will join our existing Real Estate & Property team of 8 consultants in this division, expanding to 10+ due to high demand for our services.
You will have the opportunity to take over one of our top performing Director's recruitment desks, as they transition into another sector of recruitment to try something new after 4+ years on this desk.
You will be given a handover to manage this HOT $600K+ billings desk, and be expected to take home 35-50% of this in your first year! 150-200K for hitting & more for exceeding your targets.
This is our Strata Management desk. 1 interview process usually for candidates, ~14K + GST average fee, can fill jobs in days, not weeks, covering all of Melbourne, absolute gem of a desk. Low replacement rate, everything you want in a desk. Roles from 80-200K.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm (after hours / WFH at your & our discretion)
- Chase up and perform recruitment duties, end to end plus help from our full time candidate finder.
- HOT clients, fees signed and hot jobs and leads to chase, recruiting for Australia's top Strata Management, Property Management & Real Estate Companies
- Interview candidates, form and re-establish relationships, work with warm and hot relationships and place candidates in permanent full time jobs.
Using JobAdder, LinkedIn, MSoffice365. You will have a new Laptop, Business Phone, A grade commercial office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line facilities.
You will have the latest recruitment tech and tools of the trade! We are a modern, progressive office with young Directors and a zest for success. Profit share, equity and other options for high performing staff from year 2 exist!
WHATS ON OFFER:
Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $60-$100K + Commissions as approx 35-50% of billings inc Super or thereabouts (negotiable based on experience)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property & Recruitment Experience (essential)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
- Clean car and drivers licence (ideally, not essential)
