About the opportunity

Are you a natural leader with experience in Civil construction roles and enjoy being out in the field?

We are calling on interested candidates to submit an expression of interest, specifically those interested in joining our Works and Operations team in Team Leader positions.

We are seeking skilled and experienced Construction Team Leaders to oversee and deliver programmed Civil works on time and to the highest of standards. These positions will play a vital role providing leadership and support to a multi-skilled team together with ensuring that best practice work methods are adopted on all tasks. The ability to effectively lead and manage a construction team will be crucial in this role.
