Let’s talk about this role The Application Product Manager in our Travel technology team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and priorities, and the corresponding technical solutions. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:- Being responsible for the strategic planning and execution of enhancements to nib Travel’s technology products, platforms, and user experiences.
- Leading and guiding agile delivery teams towards achieving optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Fostering continuous development in the application of agile principles and practices.
- Creating and maintaining solution roadmaps by collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring alignment with nib’s overall strategy and traveller vision.
- Expertise in product road-mapping, user research, data analysis and product launch strategic.
- Experience in leading and managing teams and/or products with concurrent streams of work.
- Strong business and systems analysis experience and proven analytics, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of the solution development lifecycle including agile work practices.
- Excellent organisational, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong strategic mindset – ability to see the big picture, connect product vision to business objectives, and prioritise features based on strategic value.
