A snapshot of your role…
- Manage extensive diaries for four Board members, including scheduling meetings and liaising with stakeholders on their behalf
- Prepare materials for all internal and external meetings including preparing documents, reports and board papers
- Oversee travel and expenses, ensuring timely payment and managing invoices
- Coordinate procurement and other internal processes as needed for the Board members
- Organise events, both internal and external, and provide proactive support for all related activities
