Trade Assistant/Welder
- Welding exp preferred
- Metal Fabrication exp preferred – not essential
- Mon to Thursday only – 6.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Neg $$$$ + overtime + paid breaks (neg)
About the Role
Manufacturing and installing safety fencing/barriers and/or machine guards. You name it, these guys can produce it. They supply Australia wide for factories, laboratories, cattle yards and more. Due to expansion and the recent retirement of a long term employee, they’re offering you a career in an industry that will always be in demand.

- Prepare raw materials using cutting & forming machines
- General fabrication/welding – training provided
- Prepare jobs for despatch and installation
- Assist with on-site installations, when required
- General warehouse duties
- Exp in metal fabrication and/or welding - desirable
- Welding (Mig & Tig) – desirable but not essential
- Drivers Licence – essential
- Only Aust Cit & Permanent residents considered
- The ability to read drawings and specifications
- Proficient with the use of power tools - essential
- Fit and healthy (some lifting involved)
- Team player with a desire to progress
