As the Shop Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the team and manage all aspects of the Store including customers, stock, employees and reporting functions.
- Permanent full-time position
- 38 hours per week (weekend availability required)

- Achieve gross margin target

- Capping of operational costs to target
- Manage and review labour expenditure
- Continuous review of advertising spend versus return
- Develop new business
