Your New Role:
As Binah’s New Business Coordinator, you will report to the Bid Manager and work closely with the New Business Manager to support the new business team in securing future work.

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Working with the Marketing, Preconstruction Manager, Commercial Manager, New Business Manager and Estimating teams and Bid Manager to collate and submit tenders.
  • Manage internal processes to ensure the efficient and timely submission of proposals including Request for Tenders (RFT), Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Capability Statements
  • Collect and collate data on project opportunities including maintaining HubSpot and other similar databases.
  • Collate creative content and work with Marketing team to develop CVs, and creative content to include in bid submissions.
  • Assist the New Business Manager with organising client meetings including B2B’s, site walks and other networking opportunities.

For You to Be Successful:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Tertiary Qualification in a building or marketing related discipline is preferable
  • 3 years’ experience in managing and coordinating bid , EOI, and ECI submissions
  • Strong background in construction, design and marketing
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Instagram, Facebook
  • Proven record as a Bid Coordinator role or similar is preferable
  • Positive, collaborative team player
  • Solutions focused with an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Collateral management and document control
  • Ability to write media plans
  • Ability to manage external resources for on time delivery of marketing materials
