CHICHO GELATO are leaders in making fresh gelato from scratch in the heart of the Perth. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive individual to manage the Front of House (FOH) scoop team in Mount Lawley.
Main duties will include:
- Managing of all staff and customer relations for Mount Lawley
- Continuous training, recruitment and procedure management,
- Direct report to owners,
- Weekly rostering and staff mentorship,
- Commitment to 30 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality
- Strong communication skills with internal staff, customers and suppliers
- Must have initiative, excellent customer service skills, motivated to drive and lead a team, attention to detail and product quality
- Experience in business development, strategising and increasing sales & profitability
- Valid Australian Drivers’ Licence preferred

Salary: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
