Job Description : As a Customer Service Representative at Virgin Australia in Perth, Western Australia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and guests, ensuring a positive experience with the airline.
Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing ticket sales and reservations, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and assisting passengers with any issues that may arise during their journey.
Responsibilities : 1. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.2.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.3. Process ticket sales, reservations, and changes accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and other pre- and post-flight procedures.5. Coordinate with other departments, such as flight operations and ground staff, to ensure seamless customer service.
6. Stay informed about flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and other relevant information to provide accurate assistance to customers.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and security.8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.Requirements : 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.5. Basic computer proficiency.6. Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
7. Hardworking and reliable personality traits.8. Emotional intelligence and adaptability as soft skills.9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
