Description:
We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at PulteGroup in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities : 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.2.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.
6. Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and make recommendations for improvement.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements : 1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.2. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
