Job Description:Are you ready to lead dynamic, impactful change initiatives that shape the future of our organisation? We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Transformation and Change Leader to join our team and drive meaningful transformation across our organisation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of the McDonald's Transformation vision. This position provides strategic alignment, execution excellence and management of all transformation programs embedded in the market.
- Develop and uphold program management governance standards and processes as defined by the Enterprise Transformation Office.
- Ensure the alignment of Market transformation with enterprise goals and priorities, solving and advocating market specific nuances and challenges.
- Drive transformation in connection with other local priorities/projects and run the business activities.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record of successfully leading change and business transformation initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization with the ability to lead people and partner with senior stakeholders in a complex global setting.
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
