Join Our Team:

We are currently seeking a passionate Community Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in Mascot, NSW , and surrounding areas. If successful, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients.

  • Successful candidates are required to have flexible availability, particularly on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm , and must be able to travel to neighboring locations.

  • Competitive hourly rates ranging from $40.26 to $43.93 , inclusive of a 25% casual loading, based on experience and qualifications.

Your role:

  • Provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
  • Assist our clients to live independently in their own homes.
  • Assist clients in accessing the community
  • Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
  • Provide personal care
  • Support clients with judgment and decision making
  • Monitor client behaviour
  • Maintain accurate records and report writing
  • Provide feedback to the relevant Client Services Manager.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
  • Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

What you'll need:

  • Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (2 vaccinations + Booster)
