Our client specialises in quality on-site servicing, installation, design and asset management of loading docks, gates, roller doors etc, with their number one priority being to ensure loading docks are safe, efficient and compliant.
As an experienced Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out services in the field, for a wide customer base covering the Sydney Metropolitan region, with the occasional need to travel further afield to Canberra and/or Newcastle. We are ideally seeking someone who is trade qualified, as a mechanical fitter, however we are also happy to consider someone who has a strong mechanical aptitude, is customer focused, self-motivated and has a positive can-do attitude.

- Respond quickly to urgent requests

- Travel occasionally to sites in Canberra and/or Newcastle
- Accurately record job and time details
- Ensure that all Health and Safety policies are adhered to
- Trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter, highly desirable
- Electrical connect/disconnect licence, preferable
- Previous experience in a similar role or Strong Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work autonomously & be accountable
- Time and task management focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving and organisational ability
- High level of personal integrity
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
- Current driver’s licence and be available to travel when required
