This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in varied recruitment tasks, including market mapping and talent pooling for Practice Assistants and Paralegals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advertising roles, reviewing applications, phone screening, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, and coordinating reference checks. This position offers a balanced approach to work from home, with three days in the office and two from home. Potential to go perm.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's recruitment needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging in varied recruitment tasks such as advertising roles, reviewing applications, conducting phone screenings, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, and coordinating reference checks. You will also collaborate closely with hiring managers on position briefs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador for the firm, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Job responsibilities:
- Engage in varied recruitment tasks for Practice Assistants and Paralegals

Job requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills (internal/external stakeholders)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to work
- Professionalism to align with top-tier law firm standards
