Reporting to the Away Spa Manager this integral role provides a high level of expertise and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the pre-opening efforts of the world’s largest W Hotel.
If you are passionate about health and wellness, believe in the power of spa treatments to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being and are zealous about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, strive to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds their expectations then this exciting role is for you. Overall, the spa Welcome Agent should be able to take reservations, welcome and farewell guests, facilitate Beverage and Food orders, process retail sales, oversee FIT, lead tours of the facility, while maintaining a focus on excellence and guest satisfaction. An understanding of treatments such as, massage, facials, body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, nail services and make up services is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, as well as a deep understanding of the spa industry and the needs of clients is required. Experience with Book 4 Time and a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desirable.
