We have multiple Project Management Coordinator opportunities available to assist the Department deliver on our flood management, flood recovery, and levee bank remediation commitments. About the role: The Project Management Coordinator ensures the integrated delivery of the levee bank project/s under broad direction. The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for the standardisation, tracking, management and reporting of project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and general project management coordination across the project/s. The Project Management Coordinator will coordinate works with project teams, including on-ground implementation, to ensure successful completion of activities on time and within budget. Contract up to 30 June 2025. Please note that multiple positions are available. Special Conditions:
- May be required to participate in fire and flood management and associated duties
- A current class "C" driver's licence and willingness to drive is desirable.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel including overnight absences may be required.

- experience in managing, delivering and supporting projects highlighting their skills in scheduling, reporting, assessing tenders, managing contractors, coordinating on-ground works, and budgeting

- experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
