No previous experience needed , we’ll provide you with all the on-the-job training and support needed to develop you in your new career.
You’ll be joining us as a Team Member at our Fielders site in Wangara, WA . With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia.
We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers, and property owners in creating their vision.
As a valued member of our production team, you’ll be working to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality to meet our customer needs now and in the future.
Some of these positions will require lifting and manual movement of product depending on role requirements. We ensure all our employees are equipped with all the necessary equipment and training to complete these tasks safely.
We have multiple permanent positions available, working Monday-Friday, day shift (5am 1pm) or afternoon shift (1pm 9pm). You can work full time or part time and we have a variety of shift patterns available to fit your lifestyle, including some family and school friendly hours.
Our Information Night will provide further detail around the specifics.
You’ll receive a competitive starting salary between $27.34 - $28.70 per hour (experience dependent) with the opportunity to increase your salary with on-site training and development.
Afternoon shift will include an additional 15% shift allowance.

What Will You Do?
Working within a collaborative team environment and alongside a mentor, you’ll receive ongoing training and support to learn to :
- safely load and unload our product on and off vehicles
- provide service and support to customers
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
- operate a forklift and machinery to process our steel and aluminium products
- support and promote a safe working environment
