3 Bears Childcare Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated, degree-qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional education and care programs. The successful candidate/s will demonstrate a deep passion for early childhood education and possess the skills and knowledge necessary to guide our team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and inclusive educational experiences to all children within our service.

Essential criteria
- Have completed or working towards Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECT)
- A current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma.
- Sound Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of child protection.
The successful applicants will :
- Develop, weekly plans, and implement age-appropriate programs for children in care.
- Provide programs and activities that reflect the children’s learning and growth.
- Provide developmental progress reports as required
- Maintain ongoing communication with educators’ parents and caregivers including other services when required.
- Provide responsive care to children in care based on their interests and needs.
- Assist families with the children’s transitions, also ensure that families are provided with guidance and support when required.
- Develop positive channels of communication to ensure the smooth running of the service amongst all educators.
- Support a culture of reflective practice.
- Contribute to the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
Vietnamese - speaking is favourable but not required.
Job Types: Casual, Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
