About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Store person to join our busy and high performing branch in Guildford. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, handling and dispatching goods (both incoming and outgoing)
- Assisting with counting and reconciling stock numbers
- Updating the stock inventory
- Assisting the Parts team as required
- Liaising with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Making Deliveries of Parts to support the Workshop
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a high performing and hardworking individual who is able to problem solve and think outside the square. Successful applicants will have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse environment (highly desirable)
- Automotive License
- Forklift License (highly desirable)
- Automotive knowledge and interests
- Customer focus
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail
- The ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and a positive attitude
- Solid understanding of OHS and safety procedures
