Bethanie Waters Lifestyle Village is home to 167 IndependentVillas and is accompanied by an established Clubhouse andbeautifully landscaped surrounding gardens located in PortKennedy.
As a Gardener / Maintenance Worker, you will be predominatelyproviding gardening services to the 167 villas of the village andmaintain all surrounding common areas to the facilities.

This role is currently being offered on a permanent full timebasis working Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm. You will have access toa Bethanie golf buggy and a trailer with tools.
About the Role :
- A broad range of gardening and general maintenance tasks, across both building and equipment
- Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests
- Maintain adequate records of all maintenance performed
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Take initiative, with a can do’ attitude
About You :
- Previous experience within garden & lawn maintenance & operating maintenance equipment is essential
- Previous experience working in lifestyle villages is desirable
- Current manual drivers licence, and ability to drive with a trailer is essential
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate to clients and staff
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to identify work place safety, and operate in a safe manner
- Current police clearance, or willingness to apply for one
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinaitons 3x covid and annual flu vaccinations
