Description:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Case management, with support of an ER team
- Partner with operation teams to deliver HR solutions
- Follow best practice to provide accurate advice on matters such as performance management, disciplinary procedures, conflicts and grievances
- Coaching leaders through leadership strategy and driving high performance
- Mentor and guide a HR Advisor
- Monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualification
- Experience in the delivery and management of contemporary HR Services
- Strong people leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Project management and change experience or exposure
- Proven track record of collaboration, influencing and relationship building
