We are recruiting for an operational SUPERSTAR and an experienced Store Manager in Claremont, Hobart who is ready to elevate their career to the next level and join this hugely popular and well know discount retailer! Ideally we are looking for supermarket, warehouse or large format experience and someone who THRIVES in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
As the Store Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success and profitability of your store and the stores in this region. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the store, pair that with your exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen and passion for delivering outstanding service to drive the teams performance and store success.

- Amazing customer service skills
- Strong retail background - ideally coming from supermarket, warehouse or large format management
