About You:
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma/Cert III Qualification in Children’s Services (or working towards)
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
- Able to actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
What you will do:
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice
- Documenting children’s learning and development
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.
You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
