Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Position
- Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work from home!
- No Routines, no Leasing duties
- Virtual Assistance for support
- Up to 85k salary package on offer!
- Stunning office fit out with a great team culture
- Lease renewals
- Entry and Exit inspections
- Rental Arrears
- Processing Maintenance
- Invoicing
- QCAT/ Tribunal as required
- Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/follow-up and clear communication
- Using cloud-based software
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Ideally 2+ years of Property Management experience
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
- Well-presented
- Valid driver's license
