Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or winery setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Passion for wine and dedication to providing guests with memorable experiences.
