THE ROLE
This role has been created to maximise profitability through improving performance and strategic growth of the team. With the support of an outstanding brand, strong management team and market-leading brand & systems your focus will be
- Conduct weekly one on one’s with a diverse sales team of 20+ from Rookies to senior Sales Execs and Business Development Managers (on the Property Management side of the business)
- Develop strategies and support Agents reach and exceed targets
- Track agent ‘numbers’ including: prospecting, appraisals, listings, sales and average commission etc
- Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness and capitalize on opportunities in the market
- Attend listing presentations, and potentially co-list with less experienced agents as training
- Take command of compliance, including spot checks and attending and open homes etc
- Recruitment and on-boarding new sales team members
- Ensuring the teams have all they need to be a success from an operational perspective
- Be the ‘go-to’ person
- Previous experience managing a real estate sales team (essential)
- Experience in projects / off-the-plan selling would be ideal
- Strong awareness around the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act and compliance
- A demonstrated ability to coach & improve performance
- Passion for the industry, integrity and a genuine desire to raise the performance of individuals with care and continuous learning
