We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our File Server Migration Project for a 12 Month Fixed Term Salaried Contract. In this role, you will support the migration of files from multiple sources to a centralised location, ensuring that the migrated files retain the same security controls and remain fully functional. Enjoy the subsidised canteen and gym membership while we wait for the brand-new gym to be reopened during the state-of-the-art refurbishment of 65 Martin Place.
Your background

Deep expertise in delivering business analysis for large scale complex migration projects.

Strong IT business analysis experience and knowledge.

Experienced in understanding, gathering, and documenting complex requirements for a variety of systems and domains.

Basic knowledge in the Security, Infrastructure and Networking domains.

Proven track record of successful end to end project delivery experience in large enterprise environments, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key business and technical stakeholders across the Reserve Bank.

An energetic strategic thinker who has considerable attention to detail.

Fast learner with a curious and proactive mindset-willing to drive progress proactively.
Additional Requirements
-
Background and knowledge in file server/network storage is desirable, enabling effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders.

Experience on large-scale migration projects (including migration planning, and dry-run planning) is highly desirable.

Demonstrate ability to undertake analysis covering topics that are less well-defined and/or require a wider range of approaches to extract and analyse information.

Ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights and potential implications from statistical data.

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrate ability to explain technical content to a general audience, including business stakeholders.

Ability to communicate with a high degree of clarity and efficiency.

Experience in Agile delivery approaches (Kanban/Scrum) is highly desirable.
