Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educator to take on the role of 3rd Educator in our Preschool 4-5 year old room and also being the Educational Leader for our whole Preschool campus.
The role will consist of you being an Educator in the Preschool room 3 days a week, and the other 2 days will be off-the-floor in the role as Educational Leader.
What we are seeking:
- An ACECQA approved Early Education qualification (Cert 3, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) - Experience is more important to us
- First Aid and Child Protection training
- Experience mentoring teams
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- A strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, planning cycle, and OWNA (OWNA knowledge is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided)
- A passion for mentoring and guiding educators in a leadership role
- A team player with a drive for learning
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
